Description:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Recruitment and Hiring: Develops and implements recruitment and hiring strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent. This includes creating job descriptions, managing job postings, and coordinating the interview process.

Employee Relations: Manages employee relations, including employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensures that employee issues are resolved in a fair and timely manner.

Training and Development: Develops and implements training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This includes identifying training needs, designing training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Performance Management: Develops and implements performance management programs to ensure that employees are held accountable for their work and are provided with regular feedback and coaching.
