This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Buyer Team Lead at an E Commerce Marketing Agency The Media Buyer Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of media buyers and managing media campaigns across various channels. The role involves developing strategies, analyzing data, negotiating rates with media vendors, and collaborating with creative teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital media buying, with experience leading a team
• Strong understanding of media planning, optimization, and reporting across multiple channels
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with media vendors and clients
• Experience with media buying platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat, TikTok and programmatic advertising
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and campaign optimization
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
